On Saturday, May 19, 2007 at Coronation 2007 the following community members we bestowed lifetime titles:

GUARDIAN PRINCE OF HOT BODIED BOYS AND STAGES FOR DIVAS FOR LIFE, RICHARD LINDNER
Club Marcellas Manager

At the request of Emperor 16 the College of Monarchs, on behalf of the Imperial Court of Buffalo bestowed the title
PRINCE OF GAY DAY FOR LIFE, JOE THE DIVINE DJ
Club Marcellas DJ

These titles were given in honor of the continued support of the organization by these two members of our community.

I would like to thank everyone who came to my final show last Sunday. The response was overwhelming and so very much appreciated. It is hard to find the appropriate words to convey how truly amazed I was with that evening. I know that it is a night that I will never forget.
Nobody will ever know the emotions I felt during my final performance of “Since you Been Gone” when the audience was cheering so loud and singing along louder than the sound system in the club! It was a magical moment and something that I will always hold close to my heart.
I want to especially thank my best friend Claudia for conducting a truly sensational surprise for me. I love the picture with everyone’s signature, the cake and the flowers were wonderful and the Laffy Taffy…priceless. A huge thanks, also, to everyone else that pitched in to make my final bow the great experience that it was.

A message from Raquel   Last Cast Show Sunday April 29th at Marcella - It is believed that Every Drag Queen in Buffalo will be there

At some point all good things come to an end. That’s where I am right now in my life. During the last four years I’ve been on cast at Club Marcella, and it’s been quite an experience. It’s not easy to leave something that you love so much and say it’s forever. That’s why I can say with certainty that I will perform again in the future. That hardest part will be not seeing the people in the crowd and how much enjoyment they get out of seeing my performances. That alone has always been extremely rewarding for me. Unfortunately, however, right now I cannot devote my time to the weekly schedule the way I need to in order to give the crowd the type of show they like and deserve to see. So, I need to step out of the spot light and move on. The casts of performers at Club Marcella are fantastically talented and will continue doing what they do best, put on an entertaining show. They have and will always be the best. I want to acknowledge all of the performers that I’ve ever worked with at the club, as well as Joey, Richard and the staff. You all touched me in someway and I will always remember the good times. Lastly, I would like to thank every person who has ever taken the time to come to a show at the club and watch, applaud, tip or whatever you did to show me you appreciated what I was doing.
