Hundreds of people will see these notices and of that group possibly at least 3 or 5 or 20 more people will attend the Event. Thousands of People visit the Buffalo Area every week, and at least a few of them are Gay, Bi-sexual, Lesbian, Transgender, or just looking for more fun than they find in the straight clubs. So take 5 minutes to leave a comment with your event listing, on the main page and make yourself or your organization a few extra dollars and bring more and more people to downtown Buffalo so that even more events will then be attended.

The main purpose of this website is to inform visitors to the Buffalo area about the gay, lesbian and pride scene and nightlife scene in buffalo. This site will allow any one in any part of the world to instantly see all the bars and to find out basically what they are like and what facilities they have. Many people prefer a bar or a night club and may feel like playing pool if there is a pool table or shooting darts, or if there may be a sports game on TV, or perhaps the bar is more a video bar. The website is currently being viewed by people in every country in the world, and July 2005 had an average of 90 visitors spending 1/2 hour or more looking through the website every day. An exact copy of the website statistics are at the bottom of this page.

The website is also a very quick, free and easy way for all the bar owners and bartenders to effectively have their own website within this website. All that needs to be done, is to fill in the comments box to announce to all of buffalo, any new event or show. Any website of the bars will be linked, so the visitor can quickly find their site and the owner can display their own site as they see fit. A LINK back to BuffaloGayBars.com would be appreciated and will draw more visitors to both sites.

All Bar owners can write their own description and submit their own bar pictures if they wish. Albums can be made and pictures submitted by cd or emailed to this site, to highlight events. A limit of 400 pictures submitted may be imposed, and older pictures may be deleted, if needed. Most events will be displayed in words only, however graphic advertisements may be thumb nailed in the special events section, that the visitor can click to enlarge to view details. These graphic advertisements must be scanned and emailed to this site.

It is hoped that owners review the information on these pages concerning their establishment to ensure accuracy.

This site is free to all who participate and will soon sell advertising space to beer, liquor companies and others. No Bar or group will be allowed to pay for advertising, in an effort to balance the playing field for all bars.

Coverage on the front page of this site will be solely at the discretion of the webmaster. In General, the more popular the event, the more coverage. New weekly scheduled events may be highlighted, along with drag shows or events that are a benefit. Pictures the webmaster has taken or bars have submitted may also be included.

Events like the red or valentines day parties, Mardi Gras Parties, White Party, Gay Pride Parade, Black Party, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Drag Events and pageants will be posted, so check often before going out. Pictures, logos, and advertisements for some of the bars will soon be inserted as soon as arraignments are made. The Bar or night club owners can contact this website by using the comments box.
